Fix #11.

This commit resolves issue #11, kindly reported by both the well-named
@doesthismatter12312 (*ya, this does actually matter*) and his GitHub
accomplice the l33t @charttrakarn0784. Specifically, this commit now
forces both Fate/stay night and its Ultimate Edition installer to be
run under the newest version of WINE known not to be fundamentally
broken. For unknown reasons, all WINE >= 6.6.1 versions (including the
most recent WINE version supported by Lutris) are subject to bug 50978.
