##Road Map

This is the list of things to do in the short term:

1. Design and implementation of the handshake for establishing secure and discreet connections.
2. Set up the socket server using the Mina library.
3. Add inter-node communication using Small library.
4. Implement the inter-node-app communication mode: will be "topic subscription" based.
5. Set up the database for persisting user's data.
6. Creating a GUI for users, keys, contact list, and permission's management.
7. Creating the services that third party applications will use to talk to Forest.
8. Promoting the platform and help existing softwares to be Forest-enabled.

We are currently at the step 4.
