Climate Czar v1.2.0

This system has been in full time use in a commercial setting and seriously beat to death since the 1.0.1 release on January 25, 2023. What few bugs there were in the first release have been completely ironed out. The database import portion of the installation is my actual system and demonstrates all capabilities of the system. I can confidently say that this release is 100% ready for primtime.

As of 06-25-2024 the "WP Bakery Page Builder" dependency has been eliminated due to problems with that thing constantly getting flagged by WPScan for having yet another severe vulnerability. All of the pages are now based on extremely simplistic Bootstrap HTML code with the Climate Czar short codes inserted. That plugin just bloats the code that is downloaded by the web browser and doesn't make pages any more responsive than Bootstrap does on its own. So, strike three, yer out!
