Draft release for Anipose paper

This release contains mostly bug fixes throughout the code (especially for calibration) up from v0.6.0

v0.6.0

• Adds autoencoder and viterbi 2D filters
• Adjusted default calibration parameters for better calibration results
• Add ability to extract bad (outlier), good, and random frames from all cameras
• Various small bug fixes throughout

v0.5.2

An updated release of anipose.

This fixes some bugs with video labeling and calibration.
Specifically, calibration initialization with a starting file now works as expected.
Labeling combined videos and 3D videos gives better results when using points from optimization.
