Added windows examples to the getting-started examples page

Updated the examples to include windows examples as requested here.

As far as I can tell this isn't versioned at all, so does this need to wait until the next release since kuzu_shared.dll and kuzu_shared.lib aren't actually included in the release archives yet?

The lib file is included in archive but the dll is not.

I just tried the example with that instead, and it's just the import library, which is mostly useless without the dll. You can compile an executable using it, but you can't run that executable without the dll.
