Fix(CI Pipeline): Update Kubernetes unit tests and CI Pipeline configuration files

Description

This pull request aims to fix the CI pipeline, by fixing the unit tests.
The created Daemon sets and deployment configs had a set of pre-configured labels, which makes our old tests fail. The simple fix for this is to simply check if those labels exist or not.
