That can happen when you make co-occurrences networks.

By default, the top 60 co-occurrences are drawn with lines. Terms without a line are not shown.

Click [Config], edit "Top 60" to "Top 100", then click [OK]. See if your search terms appear. If not, try 120 or 150.

You can also try "Top 300" and check "Only draw minimum spanning trees".
