  1. Gjør det mulig å sende inn nåværende søkeverdi til SearchInput 

    Før var søkeverdien kun lagret i SearchInput, som gjorde at man ikke kunne beholde staten når man byttet tabs på kundesiden. Nå kan man sende inn verdi fra useState i parent komponent. Litt ekstra logikk måtte til for å observere verdien fordi den er er debouncet.
