Objective, create a scoring model that assesses the riskiness of residential buildings (homes, apartments, and condos) in New York City. This model will assist insurance underwriters by utilizing data from NYC 311 service requests, FDNY incidents, and NYPD crime data, to develop a scoring mechanism for property risk assessment.
