- Hotkeys: back up hotkey file on reset. Add 25% game-speed hotkey.
- Teleport: remove an unreliable "game loaded" check that could block teleporting.
- Item spawning: Rename some items to avoid duplicate names (Great Runes, Golden Vow, Beast Claw). Other duplicate names will show as
#1/#2/#3. Item IDs are now shown as this is the only way to unambiguously identify an item.
