v0.10.0 docs

Updated docs, both in source, and in the docs folder. Ready to be deployed.

Note: the package we're using to generate the docs has some bug in it. It looks like somewhere they're enumerating a collection... but a bunch of the keys return undefined, and they don't have any error handling for that case. I was able to fix my local version by just handling those errors. I'll make a pull request to that repo. But in the mean time, here's v0.10.0

I'll also add versioning on the next pass through the documentation, which will involve more examples, code snippets, and potentially some tl;dr links as those come forward.
