When I was trying to work around this issue I noticed that the menu item to generate an NDIResources Scriptable Object didn't appear ("Assets/Create/NDI/Resources"). I was able to get it to appear if I moved that editor script into my local assets folders.

Only mentioning this if this file is supposed to be able to be generated by the end user, but if it was only needed for the one example benchmark test then this isn't an issue.

I intentionally hide this menu item because users should use the pre-created one (NdiResources.asset), so this is not an issue but "by-design".
