It's in the right direction, I would suggest a few things:

  • Make it a little less dramatic - I would be a little more to the point in most of my paragraphs
  • Add headers: What is unruggable.meme? How does it work? What properties do tokens have?
  • Justify the bullet points, either the bullet points need to be simplified and made shorter or they need to be explained better. E.g.
    • Team allocation is <10%
    • Remaining is sold.. somehow?
    • Initial supply purchase limit is 2%

The about page is fine as a text section but doing this with some style and design work would make it look much better.
