LUNA16 Bounding Boxes

The following code draws white 3D bounding boxes on the LUNA16 Dataset. It accounts for the difference in voxel and world coordinates, and the box color selected to be the brightest color in the original scan. This will facilitate easier labeling for segmentation in the future, serving as a quick guideline.
