v0.1.0 Prerelease (a.k.a. oh god why are package managers terrible)

Here's the first release of the g13gui package. It's a prerelease to get folks using it without having to build packages (because building packages is needlessly overcomplicated). I know for a fact that the Arch and Debian packages work fine. Less so about the Fedora packages. Please give them a shot, and find out!
