After Updrading to Teamcity 2019.1 plugin fails to update

I upgraded Teamcity to 2019.1 and now the node plugin appears to be stuck in this state;

After restarting I get the same issue.

I have the same problem. I'm running TC 2019.1 on Amazon Linux and it worked great so far. But since today - without any changes - it failed:
