findaccount

Tool for identifying what IBC chains an account exists on. Give it an address and it will query public RPC nodes and print out CSV with info.

The data and RPC endpoints for chains are retrieved using the Cosmos chain-registry.

Install

Clone the repository, then:

make build

Usage

findaccount -h
Supply a bech32 Cosmos address and discover other chains for which the same address exists.
  The tool will also report whether the address is a validator and what tokens it has in its accounts across different chains.

Usage:
  findaccount [flags]

Flags:
  -a, --address string   A bech32-encoded address
  -h, --help             help for findaccount
  -n, --name string      The name of the chain
  -f, --prefix string    The bech32 prefix for the chain
  -r, --rpc string       The fully-qualified URL for the custom RPC endpoint
