Removes [request](https://github.com/request/request). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [request](https://github.com/request/request), [fsevents](https://github.com/fsevents/fsevents) and [tap](https://github.com/tapjs/node-tap). These dependencies need to be updated together.
