The panning and zooming option in the water level visualization tool was made implicit at some point.
At first it seemed to be a good idea, but afterward, I think this was more confusing than anything. It is better for the user to know and select explicitly the option to zoom and pan the graph. Also, it helps new users to discover this feature.
Also, a new option to
zoom to rectanglewas added.
