PR: Added a tool to install KGS_BRF software automatically. #117

The objective of this PR is to create a tool that allows the user to install quickly and easily the KGS Barometric Response Function (BRF) software. The tool simply download the zip file from the KGS website and extract the kgs_brf.exe at the right location.

Moreover, a simple test was added and a placeholder for the BRF section was also added to the documentation, with a little demo animation.
