Installation

pip install sparkpost
sudo pip install twilio (not sure why it needs sudo, but it does /shrug)

Configuration

export SPKEY='your sparkpost api key here'
export TWILIOKEY='your twilio api key here'
export TWILIOACCT='your twilio account sid here'
