Copy-number-analysis is based on single embryo sequencing, which is Synchronous for development biology research.

Here, we show the method about copy number analysis during S phase while DNA replicated.

Software required: bowtie2 v2.3.5.1; samtools v1.10; bedtools v2.26.0.
