When switching from Novice to Expert mode while a PDF Document is shown (in the reader), the UI is not updated #116

When switching to Expert (NOT-Novice, rather) mode, the PDF Reader pane should show a left side panel as in the screenshot. This does not happen.

Analysis

The code does .Collapse() that chunk of the UI in PDFReadingControl; it doesn't turn it back on when you switch to not-Novice mode.
