Describe the problem you are trying to solve
Follow-on work from #955

  • Allow setting field permissions per field and per profile/perm set
  • We can use the same structure as we have for custom objects
  • Probably add this in to the deployment modal
    • maybe make the deployment modal a multi-step process. Step 1 configure specific permissions and page layouts, step 2 deploy
