Zoph's login screen looks dated. Since this is the first thing a new user sees of Zoph, I would like to give it a bit of a brush-up.

- Moved logon HTML to a template
- Created a separate CSS file for logon
- Added two default background images
- Made first scaffolding to display the background images

Changed dominant colour on logon screen to grey, to prevent clashing
colours.

Modified the margin a bit and added a div to display errors (in the
future)

Added "Zoph" to the logon header and changed "submit" to "logon"

It is now possible to disable a configuration item based on whether or
not another configuration item is enabled.

This was needed for the logon background album selection, since it
requires the sharing feature to be enabled.

At this moment the function is only implemented for SELECT boxes as that
is the one currently needed, it should be easy to expand it to other
type of configuration items once the need is there.
