Telco is a fictional company that provides home phone and Internet services to 7043 customers in California in Q3. It indicates which customers have left or stayed. Multiple important demographics are included for each customer, as well as a Churn Score and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) index.
We aim to understand first if Telco's business is in good health. We will have an overview of their customers profile, and will deep dive the "Churners" category to understand why they left.
With the help of this analysis, we will then attempt to improve the customer churn prediction in order to better allocate marketing spendings at Telco.
