Hot Fix
fixed issue with 5.0 of ADV character being treated as a different person which I didn't catch during my testing method due to loading limited outfits for texture testing
The fix has a side effect of characters with same birthday, personality and name being treated as same person so it would probably make story mode a bit more consistent with outfit choice.
Since I haven't noticed a unique name aside from Chacontrol.name which gives every character a ChaF_0XX name, I can't guarantee treating everyone separately. (or the method to distinguish the ADV from other ChaControls)

Added support for Clothing Overlays that modify the texture of clothing.
Added support for Material Editor support so accessories made using it would be properly textured
MoreAccessory support and Duplicate Name fix
It turns out the MoreAccessories was supported as default and manifested in a weird bug on my end due to lack of Overlay support.
I do say that MoreAccessories, but I'd rather call it partial support until I can load all the head accessories that a character starts with as that is still limited to 20
I added Duplicate Name Fix for cases where characters share a name. Unfortunately I do not know how to distinguish between characters with the same name but are different people, So everyone is being treated as a different person thus fixing cutscene NPCs not loading a new outfit when they share a name with someone who is already loaded.
Accessory support
Added accessory support for items attached to any head region (excluding the neck) and the tail bone.
Parents checked are all head parents and the waist rear parent to cover most common character appearance.
Nothing special is done to check if its hair, ears or actual tail.
Increased Maker support
Added additional functionality to randomize in maker and being able to keep the current loadout.
