Fixed probability's being reverse of intended

Known Issues:
Free H: starting outfit is a mess if textures is involved
Free H: only loading original 20 accessories
Free H: Original Accessories from default being applied to new loaded outfits (doesn't occur when loading a new outfit using preset)
