Always the small things... always...
Added the Get User method so that you can get the user object of an ID (ONLY AS A BOT)

Wew. forgot a comma in the previous PR. fixing that...
And i thought i'd at least be a bit useful so...
new getUser method. only usable by Bot accounts, gets a user object from any user id, even if you don't share a guild with em.
