…tch-2 setting montserrate as the font for file
Added slider input in form of stress calculator. Now users won't have to type again and again which is quite inconvenient.

This will improve the user experience while filling the form. Especially in mobile. Now,user can simply slide over slider using mouse (or fingers in phone) and also select value like earlier. Slider and Input field both are in sync.
