CouchDB module for single-node-instance

This Puppet module installs and configures a single-node-instance CouchDB.
It uses the repository 'deb https://apache.bintray.com/couchdb-deb bionic main', and installs the latest release of couchdb on the system.

The installation works on ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic Beaver)
