TOE is an online tool to create and edit areas using Google Maps API.

TOE uses following JavaScript libraries:
 * Google Maps JavaScript API V3
 * jQuery 1.4.4
 * jQuery UI 1.8.6

Requirements for PHP server:
 * PHP >= 5.2
 * Magic quotes are disabled
