Resharper 8.2 support

The code is essentially unchanged from v1.1.1, but the solution now includes 2 sets of ReSharper projects, to build for 8.1 and 8.2. (Source files are linked, so it's the same code for each, just with different library references.)

Bugfix release (fixing alias handling)

Aliases were not correctly handled in v1.1.0. This release is intended to fix that.

Code Cleanup release

Added support for ReSharper code cleanup.

Also added an icon.
