Start local environment

Requirements: NodeJS installation

1. Setup environment - npm install -g gulp gulp-cli && npm install
2. Build the client - gulp build or gulp build --stage prod for production mode
3. Run the server - npm start
4. In you browser go to http://localhost:4000
