Speedydial

This script allows you to export the personal phonebooks and speeddials from Cisco's Call Manager.

This can come in handy for example for migrations. If a client has a few hundred analog phones each with their own speed dials, you can import them all into the new IP phones without having to do this by hand. (Yes the user can do it on its own in the ucmuser interface, no most users aren't able to do it)

Licensing

This software is licensed under GPLv2. As per its point 11, there is no warranty.

Warning

This code could seriously break your infrastructure. And that would definitely get you fired. And it would still not be my fault.

None of this is associated with, approved by, or remotely endorsed by, Cisco Systems. I am just trying to make my life easier by seriously complicating it. I am willing to take risks. Decide for yourself if you are too.

ALWAYS have a COMPLETE backup before doing anything.

More important, I have no idea if the TAC would approve of this, and what would happen if they found out you used this code. It could mean the end of your warranty and support contract.

If you have no idea what SQL is, look away and don't come back.
