Added Doorbird Doorbell module

Module for interfacing with the Doorbird line of IP Doorbells. Monitors events
sent by the doorbell such as doorbell button push, motion, built in door relay trigger.

This is the best video IP Doorbell I've found, it can be monitored via zonemider like a normal IP camera, it has a real PIR motion detector and a open LAN API.

Changed LIGHT_ON to LIGHT-ON because MH seemed to eat the _ which broke the IR light control. Cleaned up logging and moved debug logs to data_dir.

thank you for the pull request.

I'll merge it in as you only add a file, that never hurts.

I have only one problem with this code: now I am very tempted to buy a Doorbird ;-)
