COVID 19 X-ray image classification
102 COVID X-Ray images were acquired. 102 other viral and pnuemonia cases were chosen as well.
We provide the final models. As the trained weight set is quite large, we couldn't upload them directly to this Github repository. Please visit the following drive to access the images and trained weights.

We created a model on all the data and tested on an external (unseen) 20 COVID and 4171 other viral and pnuemonia cases.
We have provided the weights to create the snapshot ensemble of 7. Please use the software on your own dataset.
