It is still faster to build wheels for both manylinux and musllinux than windows and macos:

Close #166

Add musl back.
Test how long it takes to build.
Use apk if yum fails
Let's first try with gcc on alpine.
Ignore *musllinux_i686
Add tags back
test before adding manylinux back

just pushed v0.37.1.post1 git tag, the wheels should be on PyPI in half hour or so
