Add method improvements from SpermQ v0.2.1

New methods already established for SpermQ were also implemented in SpermQ-MF now:

1. Add COM (when selected in the settings) after correcting inversed traces and not before (as done before and which could result in reconstruction errors)
2. Improved skeleton detection for better exclusion of side branches - side branch detection caused problems in images with low SNR, now solved.
3. Implemented method for freely swimming sperm to inverse flagellar reconstructions falsely starting at the tip of the flagellum (and not at the flagellar base, which would be the correct orientation).
