ALTS are more consistent now because some were PATTERN/ALTS and others PATTERN/T/ALTS. Ts are for refering to types defined with TYPE anyway.

What:
Clean up some GMP docs around users.
In the process fix all the ALTS inside PATTERNS so that they are now included in the HTML output.
Why:
User doc was confusing.
