Removing Interactive Transaction

Considering the complexity of two transaction schemes in Gotts system, and the very limited benefit, I consider completely remove the Interactive Transaction type from Gotts system.

In long term view, the Gotts system will benefit from an universal, clean, simple and efficient transaction scheme. Only non-interactive transaction, no mixing anymore.
