Change Lua grammar source #6661

Description

The current lua grammar is outdated, it's last commited 5 years ago
Fortunately the repo is forked and maintained by LuaLS community in this repo

I have seen bad highlightings for lua code for example see this simple code where the highlighting is worse

I am changing the source of a syntax highlighting grammar
- Old: https://github.com/textmate/lua.tmbundle
- New: https://github.com/LuaLS/lua.tmbundle
