Document that Linguist only analyzes the default branch #6359

Description

I thought this was already documented, but #6357 and #6337 made me realise we haven't documented that Linguist only analyzes the default branch.

We do now 😁.

Yikes that's a long permalink. Really wish that GitHub's docs had shortlinks we could use, like WordPress does:
