Fixes an issue with ShowOnMap where previous tileUrl would result in …

…403 errors when pulling images, also bumped to leaflet 1.9.4 as the latest stable version

Changed tileUrl provider to openstreetmap directly and updated tileAttribution, as well as infoURL
