this repo includes one index.html file, one style.css and linked image files.
the look and design of the html file has been kept untouched, changes made listed below:

header navigatin correctly links to corresponing sections of the page
added semantic tags were appropriate
simplified paths to css
clean visual indentation
consolidated repeating attributes
updated elements according to changes in html file
