  • still at 2.10.2
  • became stable, so droped the accept keywords from overlay

• dev-libs/libxslt:

  • from 1.1.35 to 1.1.37
  • upstream fixed their python bindings, Gentoo started to build them, so disable them in overlay profiles - we don't need those

• dev-util/bpftool:

  • from 5.18.11 to 5.19.2-r1
  • needed to update accept keywords in overlay as the ebuild is still missing arm64 keyword
  • added an extra patch to fix building with binutils 2.39 - no really relevant to us at this point, since we are still binutils at 2.38.

• dev-util/catalyst:

  • still at 3.0.21
  • added unstable 3.0.22 ebuild

• dev-util/patchelf:

  • still at 0.14.5
  • added some more unstable keywords to unstable ebuild

• dev-vcs/git:

  • still at 2.37.3
  • 2.38 unstable build left the rc phase

• net-fs/cifs-utils:

  • from 6.15 to 6.15-r1
  • only require keyutils for USE ads, creds, or pam
  • added unstable 7.0 ebuild

• net-misc/rsync:

  • still at 3.2.6
  • added an unstable ebuild for 3.2.7

• sys-devel/binutils:

  • still at 2.38-r2
  • some new patches for unstable 2.39
  • dropped unused elisp stuff

  • still at 2.5-r1
  • added an unstable ebuild for 2.7
