Emojis are clipped when using certain combinations of fontFamily, fontSize and lineHeight

Description

When using certain combinations of fontFamily, fontSize and lineHeight, the baseline is moved a bit upwards which results in emojis being clipped from the top.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app on iOS on the new arch
2. Emojis are clipped from the top

I don't think so, #44932 doesn't affect repro from that issue at all:

Old arch	New arch before	New arch after

Also, this one only affects the new arch. The linked issue is also reproducible on the old arch.
