First beta release of ScreenLight!

This version provides very basic functionality such as toggling your screen flashlight. It's not much but it's honest work!

What changes from previous release

• Added an application icon
• Removed the requirement for the Internet access permission

In the future releases I aim to finally support the brightness control.
