I'd like to discuss two topics:

1. Do we ship CFI'ed EIP-7212 in Pectra? Differences between EIP & RIP (already in Polygon).
2. Can clients start removing support for sunset Görli? Can we remove Clique as well? Is it still used in Hive or any other tests? Do we need another announcement on https://blog.ethereum.org?

I'd like to suggest a change to the EIP-7002 and EIP-7251 contracts to improve traceability of el triggered operations for toolings (eg. explorers):

In #1081 we discussed this PR for 7702 ethereum/EIPs#8677 and had positive feedback from the community and client teams. I would like to discuss on ACD and potentially accept this change for devnet-2.
