Paris.md did not reflect Sepolia's Paris upgrade
How was it fixed?
Paris.md was updated to reflect Sepolia's Paris upgrade
A release link for Geth was left as TBD since no suitable release for Sepolia's Paris upgrade has been published. This needs to be updated once the successor to v1.10.20 is published.
Sepolia's fork hash hyperlink was set as geth issue ethereum/go-ethereum#23730, as this appears to be the canonical publication of the Sepolia testnet configuration. (This was published much before https://sepolia.dev/ or https://github.com/eth-clients/sepolia was released)
More recent Mainnet shadow forks were added as well.
